New to Stroud, the School of Homeopathy draws a crowd of homeopathic movers and shakers from all over the world, to help celebrate its local launch.
Events kick off with an Open Day at Hawkwood on 3rd July, from 2-7pm, with free mini homeopathic consultations and school staff and students at hand to talk about the course starting this September. A free talk on homeopathy at 6pm draws things to a close.
The evening leads into a private party for many of the UK’s leading homeopaths and figures from business, who will be coming to celebrate the Schools new home and arrival in Stroud. Guests are flying in from Japan, USA, Canada and Europe. This has got homeopathic world talking and is pipped to be quite an event.
The celebration continues onto the weekend with a seminar where three of the UK’s leading homeopaths share centre stage and their experience from over 35 years of clinical experience and internationally renowned lectures. Misha Norland is the Founder of the School of Homeopathy, David Mundy lectures at many Schools and runs a successful London practice and Jeremy Sherr is the founder of the prestigious post-graduate course Dynamis. This seminar created great interest in the world of homeopathy and completely sold out long before the event with delegates flying in from around the world to experience this unique bringing together of the three homeopaths.
Mani Norland, Principal at the School of Homeopathy said “we couldn’t have asked for a better start in Stroud, this is going to be quite a weekend! We look forward to welcoming many of the world’s elite homeopaths to Stroud and the School’s new home at Hawkwood. We hope to see many people from the local community at the Open Day, and from September, making good use of the low cost clinic. We hope this weekend of events will help to raise the energy and launch the School in Stroud helping it to continue to flourish.”
The Open Day, party and seminar will be held at the School of Homeopathy‘s new home at Hawkwood. Hawkwood College is a 19th Century country house in the beautiful and peaceful Cotswold countryside. Set in 42 acres of gardens, woods and fields, it has its own spring water and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a wonderful place to learn, relax and get to know one another better.
The seminar, which is about the Four Elements in homeopathy, is a chance for homeopaths to deepen their philosophical understanding of homeopathy and to broaden case analysis skills. Learning from three of the most experienced homeopathy practitioners in the world today delegates will be taken through the Four Elements model that has been developed and used at the School from when it was first established in 1981. The Four Elements in Homeopathy are a constellation of many influences: philosophical, medical, scientific and mystical. This model has been developed from the traditional teachings of Earth, Water, Air and Fire, that have been embedded in world cultures, both Eastern and Western, for thousands of years.
