Homeopathy Clinical Training
To become a confident, competent, and professional Homeopath it is vital to receive a comprehensive clinical training as part of the course. Our clinical training hours surpass the requirements of the Institute of Homeopathy Accreditation in the UK, ACHENA in North America and the Australian Register of Homeopaths. They also meet the needs of the professional registering bodies and the National Occupational Standard for homeopathy. Clinical studies are achieved through a combination of taught sessions, clinical observations (included in the course fees) and one to one clinical supervision with clients (an additional expense in year 3 and 4). Any student of the School (beginner, practitioner, postgrad or CPD) is welcome to join our Clinical Training events.
Students gain clinical hours in three different ways:
Clinical video - In-course video cases
- Students gain over 250 hours of clinical observation through the video cases that are integrated into the course as assignments or example cases (all included in the course fee).
Clinical observation - face-to-face online clinical observation hours
- Home study and attendance students gain clinical hours by attending the online clinics via zoom (all included in the course fee).
- A minimum of 100 hours of clinical observation is required over 4 years. You can attend as many of the Online Clinics you wish across the 4-year programme.
- We run daytime, early morning and evening clinics.
- We also offer an annual 7-day clinical training summer school in June, which includes live clinics, paper & video cases and some lectures. This event offers 50 hours of clinical observation to boost learning and skills. These hours go towards the 100 hours requirement by the end of 4 year.
Clinical Supervision - 18 months, 30 cases presented in a clinical portfolio
Students will start to begin to take live cases, while working with a supervisor who is there to help develop students as a practitioner and guide you through the process. Supervision is a key part of Year 3 and Year 4 years of our homeopathy courses (there are additional expenses for supervision).
At the start of Year 3 students choose a supervisor to work with from the School’s Supervision Network. Supervisors work alongside students during 18 months of clinical supervision.

Clinical Supervision Costs
When you are ready to start clinical supervision in Year 3 you enrol onto the clinical supervision module, there is a fee to enrol on the module and this include a supervision overview fee to the School. You also pay your supervisor direct for the one-to-one supervision you will receive. These fees vary depending on who you choose and how much supervision you require. You will receive money from your patients, this goes towards your clinical supervision fees and will help with some of the costs. Please request the latest fee overview sheet for full details.
In total students complete over 500 hours of clinical training over the 4 years. This ensures that by the time you graduate you are a confident, competent homeopath ready to join a register and go out and see patients.
