I have worked for many years in administration, healthcare, education and customer support roles and have always been passionate about supporting people and making a positive difference in their lives. I enjoy helping others, building strong relationships and ensuring that everyone feels valued, listened to and supported.

Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of organisations, including healthcare providers, schools and charitable organisations. Most recently, I spent over two years as a Wellbeing Co-ordinator at a local Community Hospice, a role that was especially meaningful to me after receiving support from the Wellbeing Team myself during my recovery from an illness. Supporting patients, carers and bereaved families, while giving something back to my local community, was both rewarding and humbling.

Prior to this, I held several school administration roles where I was often the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors. These positions required excellent organisational skills, professionalism and compassion, as well as the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

Earlier in my career, I worked for 20+ years as a graphic designer within creative agencies, healthcare and corporate organisations - leading projects, managing teams and developing communication materials for a wide range of clients. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, creativity and ability to work collaboratively.

I am a caring, organised and adaptable person who enjoys learning new skills and embracing new opportunities. My experiences, both professionally and personally, have given me a deep appreciation for kindness, resilience and the importance of supporting others, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive contribution having joined the School of Health.

I live near Stroud and spend my spare time walking my Labrador Kai in the beautiful countryside that surrounds us, as well as spending quality time with my family and friends.
