Helen Cranston
Supervisor

Helen was born in the Midlands in 1957. She gained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at university and then became an officer in the Army in the Royal Signals, serving 3 1/2 years. During this time she met her husband.

After leaving the Army and having children she became ill with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Helen found that treating the problem with diet and supplements was highly effective and this showed her the power of nutrition. She went on to study for over 4 years with the Plaskett Nutritional Medicine College. The course blended elements of naturopathy, homeopathy, Chinese medicine, biochemistry and physiology. Together with iridology, these elements form a coherent system of treatment which works.
