Elaine Stavert
Clinical Observation

Originally from Cardiff, Elaine now resides in Buckinghamshire with her husband and their two dogs. 

While recovering from a stroke Elaine became fascinated with how stress, diet, lifestyle and the environment affects the gut-brain connection, this led her to train in many modalities to heal herself and help clients understand the pathway to their dis-ease.

Elaine’s varied work history as a Cordon Bleu Cook, a Legal Secretary, a Production Manager in television and twelve years of running her Natural Toiletries business has given her many organisational and communication skills. The author of five globally published books she has studied and taught animal herbal choices (applied Zoopharmacognosy), which enhanced her interest in herbs and herbal extracts. Her work at the Spinal Injury and Cancer Care Units at Stoke Mandeville Hospital gave Elaine valuable insights and the communication skills needed for patients with chronic disease.

Elaine’s works at a private health clinic in Buckinghamshire, providing naturopathic assessments for clients using detailed history-taking, iridology and kinesiology muscle response testing.  She offers dietary and lifestyle advice, naturopathic techniques, kinesiology corrections, hypnotherapy and emotional or trauma release.

Elaine is passionate about encouraging and nurturing students in the inspiring way that she was mentored herself by Mary Sharma, so that true naturopathic principles are preserved and passed on. 

In her free time Elaine loves walking her dogs exploring nature and tending her garden.  She grows vegetables and has a large herb garden, her haven, which provides the herbs she needs to make herbal preparations for herself.
