Nourish is a 3 day cookery course is a collaboration between The School of Health and Natural Cookery School focusing on therapeutic healing through whole foods. The course will be based on naturopathic nutrition and include aspects of temperaments, 4 elements, Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. Lizi Rayner will lead the nutrition talks and you will be taught in the kitchen by Erin Baker.

Erin will share her expertise in culinary skills, seasonal foods, and combining ingredients with care, giving you all the tools you need to embrace a health-giving diet that’s packed with flavour and goodness. The recipes will be ones that you can enjoy yourself as well as pass on to your clients and patients.
