Education Administration Manager

After completing a Diploma in Horse Studies at Hartpury College I went on to work in a small office for a few years, In 2000 I joined Dairy Crest as a Sales/Order Operational Advisor which involved looking after a large customer base, I stayed in the role for 14 years before joining the lovely team here.

I live in a little village in the Cotswolds with my husband Marcus, our three cats Maisie, Jeffery and Missy, four horses Mollie, Ralph, Tilly & Scrumpy! Looking after the horses and cats occupies most of my free time.

My appreciation of homeopathy came when I was a child, I was taken to see a Homeopath for terrible asthma and psoriasis and it helped enormously, so much so that my mum went on to train as a Homeopath.

My role within the business involves ensuring the smooth running of the courses the School offers, helping students, logging their grades and liaising with tutors. I also ensure student records are maintained, update the Online Learning System and help Elaine with the orders when needed. I look after all the School events, in-person and online, I have become a Zoom expert and often have early starts and late finishes because of all the different time zones students study from! Another aspect to my role is the preparation and running of the Homeopathy attendance course weekends at Hawkwood where I get to see those students each month.

I look forward to communicating with students to ensure that their learning journey is the best it can be.

Our tutors are always on hand if you have any questions during your study
